Just found your site, very interesting.

I was born at The Lodge 12, Waterworks Rd. Edgbaston. It was the Waterworks house where my Grandpa lived; he was the Superintendent of the Waterworks, Horace Wilde.

My Dad, Cyril Wilde was in the Home Guard before joining the RAF when he was old enough.

I have happy memories of times spent in the lovely garden at The Lodge.

Kind regards,

Stan Wilde
